Atlas Dry High Temperature Dry Cabinets provide controlled drying and storage solutions designed for moisture-sensitive electronic components used in SMT and semiconductor manufacturing. By combining precise temperature control with ultra-low humidity conditions, the cabinets enable safe low-temperature baking and long-term dry storage of components that have absorbed moisture during handling or storage.

These cabinets are widely used to dry and protect moisture-sensitive devices such as PCBs, IC packages, BGA components, SMD reels, and semiconductor devices before reflow soldering.
