Atlas Dry High Temperature Dry Cabinets provide controlled drying and storage solutions designed for moisture-sensitive electronic components used in SMT and semiconductor manufacturing. By combining precise temperature control with ultra-low humidity conditions, the cabinets enable safe low-temperature baking and long-term dry storage of components that have absorbed moisture during handling or storage.
These cabinets are widely used to dry and protect moisture-sensitive devices such as PCBs, IC packages, BGA components, SMD reels, and semiconductor devices before reflow soldering. By removing absorbed moisture from the components, Atlas Dry cabinets help prevent common assembly defects such as popcorn effect, internal cracking, delamination, and soldering reliability issues during high-temperature reflow processes.
